I had my stroller (a hand me down from my sister) serviced and cleaned back in September and was already impressed with the service then. When changing it from bassinet to seated position I encountered a difficulty - despite watching many youtube clip. I messaged Sevak from the stroller spa and he was quick to get back to me and talk me through it (6months since the service)! really nice to get GREAT customer service in Dubai!.

Friendly, efficient, reliable, with great communications from booking stage through to pick up and delivery back! I thought you'd possibly skipped cleaning the pushchair and had actually replaced it with a brand new one! I am very impressed, the service is amazing and very refreshing for this part of the world. I won't hesitate to book again once my soon to be toddler destroys his pushchair again over the coming months, and I wouldn't for a second hesitate to recommend to anyone else needing a stroller or car seat deep clean (in fact I think our car seat will be next very soon!).
