Payment:
To secure your rental order, we require payment prior to delivery through a secure online payment link which we will send you upon confirmation of your booking.
PayPal payment is available upon request, but will be in USD and may be subjected to additional FX rates by your bank.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit is applicable to all orders.
Provided the goods are returned to us on the last date of hire in the same condition as it was delivered (considering fair wear and tear*), we will return the security deposit to you in full. We will process the refund back to same card as the order was paid with, within 24 hours of collecting the items but it may take up to 14 working days for the banks to process.

Collection:
We will contact you 1 day prior to your rental end-date to confirm collection with you.
If you are staying at a hotel, you can leave the items with the concierge and send a picture of the luggage tag for us to collect after your departure.
Delivery to and collection from a different address is possible also, when filling out your rental request, there is an option to add an alternative address for collection.
The latest time to return your rental is 9 PM.
Hygiene & Safety:
At The Stroller Spa, we are well-known for our bespoke baby-gear cleaning services and we treat our rental equipment no different: all our equipment is deep-cleaned & sanitized with organic, non-toxic and baby-safe cleaning products after each use and will be safety-checked and steam-cleaned for hygiene once more prior to delivery ensuring the equipment will reach you in pristine clean condition.
Last-minute bookings:
To ensure availability of your preferred products, it is best to book them in advance, however we will of course do our best to accommodate last-minute request as well.
Same day delivery is possible subject to availability of the requested products and if our delivery schedule permits.
Please make your rental request online and our rental team will respond at the earliest within our office hours. Bookings made less than 36 hours prior to the rental start are subject to an urgent processing fee of AED 50 regardless of the order value.
Product availability:
If a selected product is not available, we will respond with alternative suggestions for your rental period. This is why you do not require to pay when making the initial booking request, so you can decide if the suggested alternative suits your needs.
Cancellations:
We understand you were looking forward to your trip and a cancellation is often due to unforeseen circumstances, of course we will offer you our support and you can cancel any time by contacting us on [email protected] or WhatsApp us on +971585725326.
However, we are sure you understand that the rental gear, once confirmed, is removed from our available equipment list, which makes it unavailable to other families. Therefore, we have some fees in place to compensate us for the time the equipment was not available. and to cover our admin cost & bank charges .
Our minimum cancellation fee is value of the security deposit paid, or a % of the total amount paid (whichever is higher), depending on the advance time given to cancel as outlined below.
- Cancellations up to 3 days (72+ hours) in advance will be refunded at 75% of the total amount paid.
- Cancellation between 1-3 days (24 - 71 hours) in advance will be refunded at 50% of the total amount paid*.
- Cancellation less than 1 day (23 hours & less) in advance will be charged at 3 day rental and remaining amount will be refunded at 50%.
Date change for confirmed bookings:
If your travel change have changed and you need to adjust your rental dates, we are happy to accommodate your request subject to availability and an AED 25 administration fee, please contact us on [email protected] or WhatsApp +971 58 57 25 326 with your date change request.
Extension:
Enjoying your stay so much that you decided to extend it? We are happy to accommodate rental extensions subject to availability. The rental extension will be chargeable as per the daily rate depending on the length of rental plus an AED 25 administration fee.
Early returns:
If you need to shorten your rental period, please inform us on which date you would like us to collect your rental gear so we can fit it into our collection schedule accordingly. A partial refund will be applicable if the new return date was more than 2 days before the original rental end-date; you will be billed for the actual rental period plus 2 days and 50% refund for the remaining days.
If you need to cancel after delivery, rental fee's will be charged for 3 days from date of collection and remaining amount will be refunded at 50%. Same day collection will have applicable same day transport fee's.
Traveling with our rentals outside the UAE:
If you plan to travel outside the UAE with our rental gear, please include this information on the booking form, as not all our products are suitable for traveling. For strollers and car seats, we only allow the Doona car seat, Beaba Purfix car seat and Babyzen Yoyo and/or Yoyo connect stroller to be taken on planes, provided they will stay with you inside the cabin, and not checked in as luggage or left at the gate. We do not authorize air travel with our other car seats or strollers outside the UAE for safety reasons. The fine print:
The Stroller Spa ensures all rental equipment is safety-checked, cleaned and sanitized between rentals; however, all rentals are at hirer's own risk. By accepting and using the hired equipment the client and any user acknowledges that the equipment is being used at their own risk.
The Stroller Spa hereby makes no warranties with respect to the equipment and The Stroller Spa hereby specifically disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. The Stroller Spa and its employees, owners and affiliates will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or damages caused directly or indirectly by the use or misuse of the hired equipment. The Client and any user agrees to hold harmless The Stroller Spa and its employees, owners and affiliates, from any liability, injury, death, property loss or damage which may result directly or indirectly from the use of the rental equipment. Provided the goods are returned to us on the last date of hire in the same condition as it was delivered (considering fair wear and tear; products do not need to be laundered prior to return, but visible crumbs / spills should be wiped down) we shall return the security deposit to you in full. If the equipment is not returned in full or to an unacceptable standard, for whatever reason, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid by you. If the equipment is returned excessively soiled or stained, including potty accidents, and/or with an odor resulting from cigarette smoke, an AED 100 cleaning fee will chargeable. In the event of the late return of any equipment, we shall be entitled to retain the deposit paid, or part thereof, at the daily rate. If the equipment is damaged, repair or replacement charges will be applicable depending on the cost of the repair or replacement of the item. The rental agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
