When & how to use The Stroller Spa?
You should contact us to book an appointment:
- If your baby-gear looks dirty or you are worried about germs.
- For hygiene reasons if you bought a second-hand item or received a hand-me-down.
- Before storing the item when your baby has out-grown it.
- When your next baby is due and you want to start using previously stored baby-gear that wasn't
professionally cleaned before storage.
- If your little one has been sick in their stroller or car-seat and you can’t remove the smell.
- If you want to sell your baby-gear: professionally cleaned items often sell better and quicker.
How long does it take?
We always aim to deliver your items back within 2 working days, but if deep stain treatment is required we may need a little extra time for best results.

Loan stroller/car-seat.
We understand that being without a stroller or car seat is not very practical. Therefore we offer our customers a complimentary loan-stroller or car seat for the duration of the service. Loan items are booked on a first-come-first-serve basis, so please let us know during your booking request that you require a loaner so we can book your appointment on a day we have one available.
