Dates-change & Cancellation Policy
We understand you were looking forward to your trip and a cancellation is often due to unforeseen circumstances, of course we will offer you our support and you can cancel any time by contacting us on [email protected] or WhatsApp us on +971 58 57 25 326.
However, we are sure you understand that the rental gear, once confirmed, is removed from our available equipment list, which makes it unavailable to other families. Therefore, we have some fees in place to compensate us for the time the equipment was not available, and to cover our admin cost & bank charges .
Our minimum cancellation fee is the security deposit paid, or a % of the total amount paid (whichever is higher), depending on the advance time given to cancel as outlined below:
- Cancellations up to 3 days (72+ hours) in advance will be refunded at 75% of the total amount paid.
- Cancellation between 1-3 days (24 - 71 hours) in advance will be refunded at 50% of the total amount paid.
- Cancellation less than 1 day (23 hours & less) in advance will be charged at 3 day rental and remaining amount will be refunded at 50%.
For individual items removed from a booking, a minimum cancellation fee of AED 10 or 10% of the rental rate is applicable (whichever is higher). Cancellatio n
Date changes for confirmed bookings:
If your travel plans have changed and you need to adjust your rental dates, we are happy to accommodate your request (subject to availability) and an AED 25 administration fee, please contact us on [email protected] or WhatsApp +971 58 57 25 326 with your date change request.
Partial cancellation:
If you need to remove one or more items from your booking, a minimum cancellation fee of AED 10 or 10% of the rental rate of the cancelled item (whichever is higher) applies if the cancellation request is received more than 3 days in advance. For items cancelled less than 1-3 days in advance, the refund amount will be 50% of the rental fee paid for the item. If the item is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the rental start date , it will be charged as a 3 day rental and remaining amount will be refunded at 50%.
Early returns:
If you need to shorten your rental period, please inform us on which date you would like us to collect your rental gear so we can fit it into our collection schedule accordingly. A partial refund will be applicable if the new return date was more than 2 days before the original rental end-date; you will be billed for the actual rental period plus 3 days and 50% refund for the remaining days.
If you need to cancel after delivery, the rental fee's will be charged for 3 days from date of collection and remaining amount will be refunded at 50%.
Exchange:
If you like to exchange a product this will be subject to availability, please do inform us as soon as possible so we can amend the booking accordingly.
If the exchange is required after delivery of the order, the rental fee will be charged for 3 days from date of collection/exchange and the balance will be offset against the rental fee of the product you like to rent instead.

The Stroller Spa ensures all rental equipment is safety-checked, cleaned and sanitized between rentals; however, all rentals are at hirer's own risk. By accepting and using the hired equipment the client and any user acknowledges that the equipment is being used at their own risk.
The Stroller Spa hereby makes no warranties with respect to the equipment and The Stroller Spa hereby specifically disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. The Stroller Spa and its employees, owners and affiliates will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or damages caused directly or indirectly by the use or misuse of the hired equipment. The Client and any user agrees to hold harmless The Stroller Spa and its employees, owners and affiliates, from any liability, injury, death, property loss or damage which may result directly or indirectly from the use of the rental equipment. Provided the goods are returned to us on the last date of hire in the same condition as it was delivered (considering fair wear and tear; products do not need to be laundered prior to return, but visible crumbs / spills should be wiped down) we shall return the security deposit to you in full. If the equipment is not returned in full or to an unacceptable standard, for whatever reason, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid by you. If the equipment is returned excessively soiled or stained, including potty accidents, and/or with an odor resulting from cigarette smoke, an AED 100 cleaning fee will be retained out of your deposit. In the event of the late return of any equipment, we shall be entitled to retain the deposit paid, or part thereof, at the daily rate. The rental agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
