We offer deliveries 7 days per week between 9 AM - 9 PM*.

Dubai Delivery.
We deliver to private residences, hotels, serviced apartments, Airbnb and Dubai or Sharjah airports.
We do not offer deliveries to / collection from shopping malls or other public area's.
Private Residence Delivery
Upon confirmation of your booking, we will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery time convenient to you.
If you are staying with a relative or friend, kindly provide your hosts' name and contact number and we can arrange delivery prior to your arrival.
Hotel / Service Apartments Delivery
If you are staying at a hotel or service apartments, we are happy to deliver the items to the reception or concierge prior to your arrival.
Kindly provide us with the full booking name your reservation was made in, and inform the hotel / service apartment provider that you are expecting a delivery from The Stroller Spa prior to your arrival.
Upon your departure you may leave all the products with the Concierge under "The Stroller Spa" and we will collect the items after departure.
In case the hotel or service apartments do not accept items prior to your arrival, we can arrange a suitable meeting time after you have arrived.
Airport Delivery
We provide airport delivery to Dubai International Airport , Al Maktoum International Airport and Sharjah Airport.

Same Day Delivery
We will always due our best to assist with last minute bookings.
Same day delivery is possible subject to availability of the requested products and if our delivery schedule permits.
Kindly note an AED 50 express delivery fee is applicable regardless of the order value, for orders confirmed less than 48 hours in advance.
Remote locations
Deliveries outside Dubai city limits, in remote locations such as Hatta or Bab Al Shams, will require all-day availability and are subject to delivery fee's .
We deliver to private residences, hotels, serviced apartments, Airbnb and Dubai or Sharjah airports.
We do not offer deliveries to / collection from shopping malls or other public area's.

For deliveries to other Emirates we require the booking to be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the rental start date.
We deliver to private residences, hotels, and serviced apartments. We do not offer deliveries to / collection from shopping malls or other public area's.
The items will be delivered on the rental start date by our trusted delivery partner. Kindly note that delivery will be between 9 AM and 7 PM on Monday - Saturday and all day availability will be required for delivery.
We do not have delivery or collection available on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Assembly and installation assistance is not available, instructions on how to use the items you are renting are available on our website and our Youtube channel.

Collections and returns.
We will contact you 1 day prior to your rental end date to check if you like to extend your booking (subject to availability) or proceed with collection.
If you like to proceed with collection, please wipe off any visible crumbs, spills or loose dirt prior to packing the items.
Deep cleaning or laundering the items is not required, as we will take care of that after collection.
Hotel / services apartments collections:
If you are staying at a hotel or serviced apartment with concierge facilities, you may leave the items with the concierge/reception and send us a picture of the luggage tag for us to collect after your departure.
Please do not leave the items in your room, as they will then likely end up in 'lost & found'' and depending on the hotel policy may cause delays for us to be able to collect the items back, which then may be subject to additional late return and transport fee's.
Residential / AirBnb collections:
Please have all the items ready & packed to be handed over to our team at the agreed collection time.
Should you require assistance with dissembling and packing, please let us know in advance, so we can allocate adequate time and avoid delays for other customers. Kindly note there will be at an additional charge depending on the number of items in your booking, starting at AED 50 for 1-3 items. Please note the packing service can only be requested for bookings in Dubai, as we use a courier for collections in other Emirates.
If you are staying with friends or family, please share the contact number of your host and we will contact them for a suitable collection time after your departure.
