Is your equipment clean and safe to use?
At The Stroller Spa, we are well-known for our bespoke baby-gear cleaning services and we treat our rental equipment no different! All our equipment is deep-cleaned & sanitized with organic, non-toxic and baby-safe cleaning products after each use. Prior to delivery, will be safety-checked and steam-cleaned for hygiene once more , ensuring the equipment will reach you in pristine clean and fully sanitized condition.

How much does renting cost?
The rental fee depends on the product you select and the required rental time frame.
The minimal rental fee displayed on our website covers the first 3 days of hire, for longer rental periods, the average daily rental rate decreases the longer you rent the items for.
The total is automatically calculated once you enter the dates for your rental period on our website.
In addition to the rental fee, there may be transport charges depending on your order total, your location, and delivery day or time. A list of our transport fee's can be found here.

How do I place an order?
Visit our online rental shop and select your rental dates.
Add the products you like to rent to your shopping cart, and the rental rate will automatically adjust based on your selected rental dates.
Go to the cart to complete your booking by filling out the requested information and submit your order. We do not require payment at this stage.
How soon do you respond to my order?
We will confirm availability of the selected items via email within 24 hours (often sooner, during our regular operating hours usually within 1-2 hours), along with a final quote including any applicable fee's for delivery and/or installation if requested.
If a requested item is not available, we will suggest for an alternative option .
Our confirmation email will contain a secure online payment link to finalize your booking.
Upon receiving your payment, we will send you a confirmation email with delivery information within 24 hours (again, often sooner).

Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount (before delivery fee's) is AED 100. For orders below this amount we will add an admin fee to reach the minimum threshold of AED 100.

Do you assist with setting up / dismanteling the equipment I rent?
We provide instructions on how to set up and use the equipment within the product listing on our website as well as on our youtube channel. We are also happy to share the installation video via WhatsApp with you upon request.

Our delivery team do not install car seats for liability purposes. The installation instructions can be found on our website at the car seat model listing, as well as on our youtube channel. We are happy to share the installation video .
Should you require assistance with installation, you can book our car seat installation expert for an AED 50 installation assistance fee per seat (within Dubai city limits only). Please note however, the liability remains with the end user.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If your travel dates have changed and you need to adjust your rental dates, we are happy to accommodate your request subject to availability of the booked products, please contact us on [email protected] or WhatsApp +971 58 57 25 326 with your date-change request.

Do you deliver to hotels?
If you are staying at a hotel, we are happy to deliver the items to the reception or concierge prior to your arrival.
Kindly provide us with the family name your reservation was made in, and email the hotel to inform that you are expecting a delivery from The Stroller Spa prior to your arrival. You may copy us in on the email if preferred, our email address is [email protected].
In case the hotel or service apartments do not accept items prior to your arrival, we can arrange a suitable meeting time after you have arrived. Please share your expected arrival time in the booking notes, so we can allocate an available delivery time slot as close to your arrival as possible.

If you are staying at an AirBNB or serviced apartment, you may check with your host if there are concierge facilities to deliver the items prior to your arrival.
If so, please share your host contact details and we will make the delivery arrangements and notify you of the delivery once completed.
In case delivery prior to your arrival is not possible, we can arrange a suitable meeting time after you have arrived. Please share your expected arrival time in the booking notes, so we can allocate an available delivery time slot as close to your arrival time as possible.
If you are staying at an AirBNB or serviced apartment, you may check with your host if there are concierge facilities to deliver the items prior to your arrival.
If so, please share your host contact details and we will make the delivery arrangements and notify you of the delivery once completed.

We provide airport delivery to Dubai International Airport , Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai, and Sharjah Airport between 9 AM - 8 PM. Please note there will be additional fee's for airport delivery and collection, which can be found here
For arrivals, we will meet you 45 minutes after your flight arrival time, in the arrivals hall (or car rental office in the airport parking if you are renting a car direct from the airport). We allow for a maximum of 20 minutes waiting time. Kindly share your flight number so we can adjust the meeting time in case of any reported flight delays.
For departures we will meet you at the pre-agreed time in the departure hall or at the car rental office if you are returning a rental car.
We allow for a maximum of 20 minutes waiting time, please do inform us 3 hours in advance if you wish to change the meeting time, which will be subject to availability in our schedule).
Additional waiting time beyond 20 minutes will be chargeable at AED 25 per 15 minutes.

In order to ensure all our customers will receive their equipment within the selected time-slot, it is logistically not possible for us to to confirm a narrowed down time-slot more than 1 day in advance.
Should you require equipment from early in the day, we recommend to start the rental period one day in advance if delivery prior to your arrival is possible.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to, or collect from malls or other public places, including restaurants, theme parks, car parkings or otherwise. We only deliver to hotels, residences and airports.

Can I pick up the rental equipment?
Sure, you can opt for self collection & return when filling out your rental request.
Once your booking is confirmed, you can make an appointment for your preferred pick up and return time.
Our store is located in Waterfront Jebel Ali, and you can find the pin on Google Maps here or we are happy to share our location pin via WhatsApp.

The starting rates are set to cover the extensive cleaning process we do after each rental, therefore we do not offer lesser rates for shorter rental periods as we still need to deep clean the products afterwards.

How do I return the items?
We will contact you 1 day prior to your rental end date to check if you like to extend your booking (subject to availability) or proceed with collection.
If you like to proceed with collection, please wipe off any visible crumbs, spills or loose dirt prior to packing the items.
(Deep cleaning or laundering the items is not required, as we will take care of that after collection).
If you are staying with friends or family, please share the contact number of your host and we will contact them for a suitable collection time after your departure.
If you are staying at an AirBnb or service apartments without concierge facilities, we will meet you at a pre-agreed time prior to your departure to collect the items.
Please have all the items ready & packed to be handed over to our team at the agreed collection time.
