Returns & collection.
To prepare your rental order for collection, we kindly ask that you ensure any personal items, waste, visible crumbs, spills, and loose dirt are removed before packing / returning. Please note that deep-cleaning or laundering is not required, as we will handle that once the items are collected.
Hotel / services apartments collections:
If you are staying at a hotel or serviced apartment with concierge facilities, you may leave the items with the concierge/reception and send us a picture of the storage tag for us to collect after your departure.
Please do not leave the items in your room, as they will then likely end up in 'lost & found'' and depending on the hotel policy may cause delays for us to be able to collect the items back, which then may be subject to additional late return and transport fee's.
Residential / AirBnb collections:
Please have all the items ready & packed to be handed over to our team at the agreed collection time.
If you are staying with friends or family, please share the contact number of your host and we will contact them for a suitable collection time after your departure.
If you are staying at an AirBnb or service apartment without concierge facilities, we will meet you at a pre-agreed time prior to your departure to collect the items.
Airport departure:
You can leave the car seats and/or other items at the designated drop-off point (usually the same location where you picked them up). If you rented a car and are returning it to the airport car rental agency, please do not leave our rental items in the car. Instead, return them directly to the drop-off point in person, as leaving them in the car may result in them being marked as "lost & found," causing delays in collection and additional costs.
When dropping off the items, please ensure that the deposit receipt clearly lists the name of the person who will collect the car seat. We will provide this information before your departure. Additionally, kindly send us a photo of the receipt or the location of the car seat/items after you have dropped them off.
Packing assistance:
Should you require assistance with dissembling and packing, please let us know in advance, so we can allocate adequate time and avoid delays for other customers. Please sent a packing request via email to [email protected] or WhatsApp on +971585725326.
Kindly note there will be at an additional charge depending on the number of items in your booking,
starting at AED 50 for 1-3 items.
Please note the packing service can only be requested for bookings in Dubai, as we use a courier for collections in other Emirates.

Early returns (prior to booked end-date):
If you need to shorten your rental period, please inform us on which date you would like us to collect your rental gear so we can fit it into our collection schedule accordingly. A partial refund will be applicable if the new return date was more than 2 days before the original rental end-date; you will be billed for the actual rental period plus 2 days and 50% refund for the remaining days.
If you need to cancel on the rental start date after delivery, rental fee's will be charged for 3 days from date of collection and remaining amount will be refunded at 50%. Same day collection will have applicable same day transport fee's.
