Spare-parts can be ordered with shipping times as below:
- Orders placed before 12 PM on August 8, 2024 will be handled and shipped within 1-2 days.
- Orders placed after 12 PM on August 8, 2024 will be shipped as soon as possible once we re-open on August 23, 2024.

We've joined the fight against Covid-19 with additional measures!
Proper cleaning and sanitation of baby-gear has always been our super-power and we continue to maintain stringent, time-tested methods to disinfect and clean strollers, car seats and other baby gear.
However, with the current Covid-19 pandemic we have added some additional precautions :
• We now require the use of face masks to be worn during all cleanings.
• We wear gloves when we clean your gear, change gloves regularly and in between wash our hands frequently.
• We use high-temperature steam for both cleaning and sanitation.
• We sanitize all surfaces and equipment in between each cleaning, reducing potential for cross-contamination, and additionally at the start and end of each day.
• We ensure the proper dwell-time needed for disinfectants to work properly before wiping or cleaning from surfaces.
• Collections and return of baby-gear are done separately; meaning no risk for cross-contamination between cleaned and dirty gear.
