Terms & Conditions for Delivery to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & other Emirates (and outside the Dubai delivery zone).


1. Delivery & Collection

1.1. Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday only. No delivery or collection on Sundays or UAE public holidays.
1.2. Delivery windows are between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
1.3. All-day availability is required for both delivery and collection.
1.4. The courier will attempt to call before delivery. If the call is not answered, delivery may be delayed to the next available day.
1.5. Delivery is available to private residences (with someone present) and hotel concierge/reception.
1.6. Delivery is not available to airports, shopping malls, or public areas.
1.7. Final transport fees are based on delivery area, and the size and weight of the items ordered. A quote will be shared upon receiving your request.

2. Booking & Scheduling

2.1. Bookings for delivery outside Dubai must be confirmed at least 3 working days (72 hours) in advance.
2.2. If the items are required on a specific date, it is strongly advised to schedule delivery one day earlier to allow for possible delays.
2.3. The contact number provided must be correct, and the recipient must be reachable on the delivery day.

3. Assembly & Usage Instructions

3.1. The courier does not provide assembly, installation, or packing assistance.
3.2. Usage instructions are available on our website and must be reviewed before use. 

4. Returns

4.1. Customers will be contacted one day before the rental end date to confirm extension (subject to availability) or collection.
4.2. Return collections follow the same courier process and are subject to availability.
4.3. Customers must wipe down items (crumbs, spills, loose dirt) before packing. Deep cleaning is not required.
4.4. All items must be returned in the same bags they were delivered in.
4.5. For hotel stays, items may be left with the concierge or reception. A photo of the luggage tag must be sent.
4.6. Do not leave items in the hotel room, as this may result in them being sent to Lost & Found, potentially delaying collection and incurring late return or extra transport fees.

5. Courier Disclaimer

5.1. Deliveries outside Dubai are fulfilled by a third-party courier service.
5.2. While we coordinate and follow up on your behalf, we have no control over the courier’s final delivery schedule.
5.3. We do not offer refunds, discounts, or compensation for courier-related issues including:
 – Delays
 – Failed delivery attempts
 – Rescheduling
 – Delivery outside expected time windows
