Airport returns
To prepare your rental order for return, please ensure that all personal items, waste, visible crumbs, spills, and loose dirt are removed before packing or returning the items. Deep-cleaning or laundering is not required, as this will be carried out by our team once the items are collected.
At the airport:
Please return the order before check-in and immigration to the Baggage Storage Office in your terminal. If your order was delivered to the same airport terminal, this will be the same office where you originally collected the order.
As the Baggage Storage Offices are located in the terminals Arrivals level, we strongly recommend allowing sufficient time before check-in to complete the drop-off, especially during peak travel periods.
Storage receipt
Please send us a clear photo of the storage receipt within 1 hour of depositing the item(s). Failure to do so may result in additional storage fees, as there is a limited window for collection.
Important information
- The baggage storage services at Dubai International Airport are external service providers and are not part of our company. As such, we do not have control or influence over their internal operations or processing times.
- When depositing the item(s), please inform the staff that the items are not being collected by you, but will be collected by the person whose name and contact number we share with you via email.
- If you are unable to locate the email with name provided, please deposit the item(s) as:
“To be collected by The Stroller Spa representative / contact number: 058 572 5326.”
- If you are advised that a storage fee is payable upon collection, please note that this is already covered. No payment is required from you at time of depositing the item(s).
