Delivery & Collection via courier
If our in-house delivery schedule is fully booked, or if your location is outside our Dubai delivery zone, we’re happy to arrange delivery through one of our trusted third-party courier partners.
Delivery & Collection Details
– Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday only.
Note: There is no service on Sundays or UAE public holidays.
– Delivery will take place between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
All-day availability is required, as exact delivery times cannot be scheduled in advance.
– The courier will call before delivery to confirm someone is available to receive the items.
If the call is not answered, delivery may be delayed to the next available day.
– Delivery is available to private residences where someone is present to receive the order, and to hotel concierge/reception. For Airbnb locations, please confirm with your host if they are able to receive and return the order on your behalf if you arrive after or depart before delivery and collection.
– Delivery is not available to airports, shopping malls, or other public areas.
– The final transport fees depend on the delivery area, as well as the size and weight of the items ordered. We will share an invoice with the details upon submitting your request.
Planning Ahead
– Rental bookings for delivery outside Dubai must be confirmed at least 2 working days (48 hours) before the intended delivery date. Note, delivery and collection is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
– If you need your rental items for a specific date, we strongly recommend booking delivery at least one day in advance to allow for any unforeseen delays.
– Please ensure the contact number provided is correct, and that someone is available to receive the items on the day of delivery.
Assembly & Instructions
– Assembly, installation, or packing assistance is not provided by the courier.

Returns
– We will contact you 1 day prior to your rental end date to check if you would like to extend your booking (subject to availability) or proceed with collection.
– Return collections follow the same process and are scheduled via courier on available days only.
– Please wipe off any visible crumbs, spills, or loose dirt prior to packing the items.
Deep cleaning or laundering the items is not required, as we will take care of that after collection.
– All items must be packed in the same bags they were delivered in to ensure a smooth return.
– If you are staying at a hotel, you may leave the items with the concierge or reception and send us a picture of the luggage tag so we can collect after your departure.
Note: Please do not leave the items in your room, as they will likely end up in “lost & found.” Depending on the hotel policy, this may cause delays in collection and may be subject to additional late-return or transport fees.

Deliveries outside our Dubai delivery zone are fulfilled by a third-party courier service. While we coordinate and follow up to help ensure delivery occurs on the agreed date, we have no control over the courier’s final delivery schedule.
We recommend scheduling delivery at least one day prior to the date you require the rental gear, to allow for any unforeseen courier delays.
No refunds, discounts, or compensation will be offered for courier-related delays, failed delivery attempts, or changes, as these circumstances are outside of our control.
