T&C: By submitting a booking request, you agree to the cleaning rates listed on our website and the terms outlined here.
- Our standard turn-around time is 2–3 working days (excluding weekends). For treatments requiring deep-stain removal, potty/vomit cleaning, or mold treatment, additional time may be required to ensure the best results.
- If you are booking multiple items or require a quote first, please include your request in the "Remarks" section of the booking form.
If you need a loan stroller or car seat during the service period, please select this option on the booking form and include your child’s age/weight group in the comments section to ensure an appropriate loan item is assigned.
- Delivery and collection are complimentary for services valued at over AED 200, provided the address is within our delivery zone. If you cancel the cleaning service after collection, a transport fee of AED 95 will apply to cover collection and delivery costs. For areas outside our delivery zone, we work with trusted couriers at a transport rate of AED 90 (AED 45 per trip). Please note that courier-collected and delivered items may experience longer turn-around times due to additional transport days. Alternatively, you may drop off and collect your items from our workshop in Jebel Ali.
- Payment must be made before delivery. A secure link will be provided for card payments. If you prefer to pay in cash, payment will be required when we collect your order. Please do advice in in the questions/remark box if you like to pay cash. Alternatively, you may pick up your items from our store after the service is completed and pay in cash at that time.
