Do I have to schedule an appointment?
Yes, appointments are required, please fill out our booking form and we’ll do our best to fit you in at the earliest.
How soon can I expect a confirmation of my booking request?
We normally contact you back within 1 working day.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate Saturday to Thursday from 9:00AM-6:00PM, excluding public holidays.
Can I call to make an appointment?
We prefer bookings via our booking form but if you did not hear back from us by the next working day, please call or text us on 052 – 211 23 75.
How much does it cost?
We have a number of packages and services to fit each person's needs and budget.
Besides our pick up & drop off service, we can also often be found at events for quick service cleanings.

What types of payment do you accept?
We prefer cash (or cheque) on delivery,; credit card payments are possible too, please let us know at time of booking if you like to pay with a card.
Do you offer any discounts for multiple items?
For special offers please sign up for our newsletter to find out more about our exclusive special offers and events.
Discounts do not apply to our repair and rental services and cannot be used in combination with any other offers.
How long does it take to clean my item?
Cleaning time varies depending on the chosen service. We aim to deliver your items back to you on the same day, however when the item needs a very thorough fabric cleaning, or mold removal, we most likely need an extra day.
Can you remove all stains?
We are able to get rid of the majority of stains and will do everything we can to ensure your item is returned back to you as clean as possible. Rest assured that it will always be free of bacteria and germs which is most important to keep your little one safe.
Does The Stroller Spa offer any kind of guarantee?
Have a look at our before & after gallery, the results are amazing!
But if you aren't completely satisfied with our services, we will clean your item again until we reach the desired result.
Can you also offer repair-services?
Yes, we also offer stroller repair services as well. From inner-tube replacement and wheel repair to fabric stitching , we can offer a tailored solution to your needs. Please check out the repair section for further details and to send in a request. Kindly note that we do not offer repairs to car seats .
Is pick-up and delivery free?
Pick-up and delivery is free within certain area's of Dubai. For area’s outside Dubai please contact us on Service@TheStrollerSpa.com for a delivery fee quote.
Do you service areas outside Dubai?
Please contact us for a courier quote if you live outside the city-limits of Dubai and like to have your items send to us.
I live outside Dubai but don’t mind to drop off and pick-up the item is this possible?
We are working on a convenient drop-off point at (TBC) in Dubai. You just need to show them your appointment confirmation email when you leave your item behind. We will contact you when the cleaning has been completed to agree on the time for the item(s) to be returned in sparkly clean condition for your convenient pick up.
How often should I have my stroller and car seat cleaned?
If you use your stroller or car seat daily, we recommend using our cleaning service every 3-4 months.
Can you clean other baby products (carriers, jolly jumpers, etc.)?

Why is it important to have my baby's products cleaned?
Regular cleaning will help keep your baby safe and extends the life of your product. Baby-gear can contain a host of germs that may be harmful to your child. Our cleaning process sanitizes your stroller, car seat and other baby products.
What can I do to maintain sanitation between cleanings?
For regularly used items, we recommend scheduling professional sanitation every 3-4 months to assure proper cleanliness standards. To keep up in-between we recommend regularly vacuuming and gently washing your item with eco-friendly non-toxic detergents, making sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Which brands of strollers and car seats do you clean?
We have experience with all kinds of brands and various types of strollers and car seats that are sold in the UAE.

What cleaning products do you use when cleaning strollers and car seats?
We use eco-friendly non-toxic products that are tough on grime but safe for your baby.
My baby has allergies or sensitivities, can you still provide your cleaning service to us?

What is the cost for a loan stroller or car seat?
The loan stroller or car seat is complimentary during the time we are servicing your items. Loan items are stricly on a first-come first-serve basis.
Can I rent a stroller or car seat from you?
Yes, we also offer stroller and car seat rental services, for more information check out the rental section.
Will my personal information be shared?
Your personal information will always be kept confidential and used by The Stroller Spa only.
Can The Stroller Spa be booked for events or fundraisers?
Most certainly, we can offer quick cleaning services at your event location, please drop us a note for inquiries at Info@TheStrollerSpa.com.
How is The Stroller Spa environmentally friendly?
Our goal is to extend the life of your baby-gear, by keeping it clean and safe for your growing family, then when the item no longer has use for you, it will still be in a great state to donate or resell to another family instead of discarding the item adding to the landfill.
The Stroller Spa also aims to minimize its carbon footprint by choosing non-toxic and organic cleaning products, and re-use or recycle our cleaning bottles and tools.
We also accept donations of unwanted baby gear that is still in working order, we will sanitize and clean the item at our cost and ensure it will be donated to a good cause or family in need.
Where can I sell my used stroller, car seat and other baby products?
If you have your items cleaned by us, we are happy to post them on our Website and Facebook Page.
Let us know if you plan on selling your item so we will issue your item with a special ‘’professionally cleaned by The Stroller Spa’’ certificate, which will increase the buyers confidence in knowing that the item they are buying has been professionally cleaned and sanitized.
Where can I donate my used stroller, car seat or other baby products?
We accept donations of unwanted baby gear that is still in safe working order, we will collect if from your home or office free of charge, sanitize and clean the item at our cost and ensure it will be donated to a good cause or family in need.
